Album ini berisi kompilasi rekaman bunyi yang diproduksi dalam rangka proyek studi antropologis tentang bunyi-bunyi di ruang publik. Proyek tersebut diinisasi oleh Divisi Antropologi Visual, Himpunan Mahasiswa Antropologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Indonesia, berkolaborasi dengan MILISIFILEM Collective, dalam rangka kegiatan STRIPVIS 2018.

Studi bunyi yang dikumpulkan dalam album ini fokus pada sebuah warung, bernama Warung Iqbal (biasa disingkat Warbal), di bilangan Kukusan, Beji, Depok. Para partisipan proyek merekam bunyi-bunyi yang ada di dalam warung tersebut menggunakan ponsel dan mencoba memvisualisasikannya ke dalam simbol-simbol yang merupakan hasil interpretasi subjektif mereka. Metode interpretasi yang mereka gunakan mengadopsi metode studi bunyi yang diterapkan oleh Theo Nugraha dalam proyek "Sinyal Selatan" pada bulan Mei-April, 2018.

Hasil interpretasi tersebut dipamerkan dalam Pameran Antropologi Visual "TIGA RUANG KUTEK" yang menjadi output dari lokakarya STRIPVIS 2018.

This album consists of compilation of sound recording produced for anthropology study project of sound in public spaces. The project was initiated by Visual Anthropology Division of Anthropology Student Association, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia, collaborating with MILISIFILEM Collective for STRIPVIS 2018.

Study of sound compiled in this album focused on a small cook shop called Warung Iqbal (shortened Warbal) in Kukusan Area, Beji, Depok. Participants recorded the sound in the shop with their phones and visualized it into symbols of their own subjective interpretations. Interpreting method used was adapted from the method implemented by Theo Nugraha in "Sinyal Selatan" project on May-April 2018.

The result was exhibited in Visual Anthropology Exhibition "TIGA RUANG KUTEK", which was the output of STRIPVIS 2018 Workshop.
